All of us, at one point in our lives, will be either directly or indirectly affected by cancer. The American Cancer Society does a fantastic job on educating the public and raising money for cancer research. Hopefully, a cure or better treatment options will be available within our lifetimes, but they need our help. Hence, the proceeds of the sales for each of these keychains will be donated to my school's Relay for Life team to help in the search for a cure.

These keychains are perfect for busy moms, teachers and survivors or fighters alike. They make excellent "just because" gifts, stocking stuffers and teacher appreciation gifts.

Addressing a Concern on Crosses

I've had a few emails addressing concerns on designs with crosses given that the ribbon, when sewn in one piece, makes the crosses on half of the keychain appear upside down. There's a solution for that!

Each keychain with a design that could appear upside down when looped around the wristlet will be cut and resown like in the picture below (my finger is over the seam) so that the crosses or other design will not appear upside down.

Keep us in mind for stocking stuffers! The holidays are right around the corner.

More Custom Orders Delivered!

One of our fabulous Family and Consumer Sciences teachers placed an order with us this week consisting of four styles of keychains that she requested in the colors of her friends' schools. Because our teacher ordered five or more keychains, she also received the fob in her right hand free with her order!
We'll be showing you those designs in the coming days on the blog here, but not necessarily on the order page since they were custom designs, but always know that you can email us at keychainsforacause@gmail.com and special order any combination of colors you'd like. School pride is easy to show with our keychains!

Keychains for a Cause Gives Back!

We're already running a free shipping offer in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but Keychains for a Cause is also happy to say that we're donating breast cancer awareness fobs to every teacher in our school cluster (our elem, middle and high school) who has battled or is battling breast cancer.
